Horrible
Horrible service
Rancid products and not flavors listed
Products came with icy texture... Hmm frozen and defrosted to customer??? I couldn't even drink second day juices and threw out third day because they tasted all rancid!!! I almost choked on the green drink because of a huge soggy spinach leaf... How disgusting and found pieces of inedible material from their juicing process in chia drink. The three day cleanse I ordered came with flavors NOT listed on website... I was going to do a cleanse not a variety sampler, thank you. Not!!! Horrible experience and complete waste of money.
Need to refund customers their money!!!

Not very impressed
The juices themselves were fine but they only add up to 800 calories a day. Not enough caloric intake to really function.
My eyes were blurry and I was light headed the whole time. I think doing maybe 7 juices for three days would be better but I did 6 a day and it was not enough. I ended up having to eat so I could drive by the third day I was so out of it. I would not recommend.
it is not healthy to eat so few calories in one day, your brain cant function as it needs to.
But i really didn't think the juices tasked bad at all. My boyfriend and i did it together and he hated the green ones.

Jus By Julie - Delivery Service Review from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Jus by Julie - Extremely dissatisfied
I received my "Jus by Julie" supply last Friday (3 days for 2 persons). I have multiple complaints about the juice all together:
1, My juices came on time, but the box was totally wet and a lot of the bottles were not "cool" anymore. The cold packs were completely thawed.
2. On day 1 I started with the following juices:
#1 - Morning Glory (sugar 14g)
#2 - Spicy lemonade (sugar 18g)
#3 - Sweet spin (sugar 18g)
#4 - Chia Berry (sugar 28g)
#5 - PB/Jus (sugar 10g)
#6 - X-treme Greens (sugar 18 grams)
In total 106 grams of sugar in a one day supply (x 2 since it's two servings per bottle -> 212 grams). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) its recommended sugar intake for adults in half, from the original 10 percent of total daily calories to five percent. For a normal weight adult, that's about 25 grams, or 6 teaspoons, per day. This diet gives you well over 8 times the recommended portion on a daily basis. That's extremely unhealthy! I bought liquid candy.
3. There seems to be something wrong with the juices. The spicy lemonade isn't supposed to be sour. I tossed all of them.
4. I got very sick throughout day one. I also see this back in the reviews online.
5. Bottles are very deceiving. We drink ONE bottle, but there are TWO servings in each bottle. So double the sugar!
6. There is more fruit than greens.
- Sour taste
- Bad quality
- Unhealthy amount of sugar 8x daily content

Jus By Julie - Juice Review from West Newton, Massachusetts
Resolved: "Jus By Julie" is LIQUID CANDY - Not a Cleanse
8/30/2014
I WAS SO EXCITED TO START THIS JUICE CLEANSE..............
I've been a long-time juicer. I buy organic, am Vegan and have felt the
healthiest ever since living this lifestyle. I juice twice a day - 32oz
each - low sugar using the 80/10/10 rule: 80% Greens, 10% Fruit, 10% nuts,
grains, flax, chia....
One thing I've never done is purchase a "Commercial Cleanse." I read
various reviews, and sought out Groupon, Living Social for the best reviews
and prices. Jus by Julie seemed to be the best choice.
Ordering was easy, but I had no choice in choosing the juices that I would
be drinking. I chose the 3-day cleanse and because of the great deal,
ordered two of them because shipping was free and I live in California. I
would have one for now and one for later.
My juices came on time, and even with overnight shipping, the box was wet
and the juices moderately cool. The cold packs where completely thawed..
Here's what I received: Morning Glory, Spicy Lemonade, Sweet Spin, Acai
Blend, Choco-Nana, and X-Treme Greens.
I started my cleanse at 10:00 am with Morning Glory and it was great. I
love kale and spinach. I make 32 oz of Joe Cross' "Joe's Mean Green"
every day, so greens are my favorite. 12g sugar
Spicy Lemonade was so sour I couldn't finish it (lemon, maple syrup,
cayenne pepper and H2O). 20g sugar
Sweet Spin was Delish! More kale, spinach with fruit added in. 22g sugar
Acai Blend: The juice was bad. I got no further than 1/3 and was in the
bathroom vomiting. I felt very sick, lay down and took a nap. I felt
lousy for the rest of the evening and stayed in bed. 22g sugar
Choco-Nana was good: Chocolate, banana, strawberries and H2O 16 g sugar
X-Treme Greens finished out the night: I could drink this all day.
Everyone writes a pretty bad review of this one, but if you don't juice on
a regular basis AND with kale, spinach, cucumbers, celery - than you're not
juicing to its full potential. 16 g sugar.
DAY 1 = Total Protein: 14 g, Total Fiber: 14g, Total Sugar:
108g
I bought liquid candy!
I got the same set for all three days. I have a Blueberry Acai that I make
at home and I'm fine when I drink it. I tried "Julie's" Acai Blend - just
a sip and threw it away. Something's definitely wrong with mine. Also,
the Spicy Lemonade isn't supposed to be sour! I tossed all of them - even
the ones in the freezer. On day two and three I drank 4 of their juices
and had to make two of mine - mine saved me - organic, fresh, no added H2O
and replenished the energy I lost from day one. I did stay in bed for the
most of day 2 and 3.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM.
1) Each bottle is deceiving: We drink ONE bottle, but there are TWO
servings in each bottle, so double the sugar!
2) There is more fruit than greens.
3) More people get sick than I've ever seen, judging from the reviews.
Those living in NY have problems getting "CLEAN" products. Those of us in
California seem to have major problems.
Here are my lessons:
1) Try your own cleanse or one close to home!
2) Make sure it's organic, pure juice without water added water and not
blended.
3) If they arrive anything other than frozen, be wary.
4) I'll stick to my regular juicing, hang out at the farmers market, save
money and buy my fruits and veggies from CALIFORNIA!
5) Buy your own juicer - you can get a great one for $100.00 with a 3-year
warranty and the pulp will be dry. Use it till it dies, then if you feel
the need to go "high end" - go for it.
6) This was an expensive lesson to learn!
Last by not least - If it sounds too good to be true - it usually is!
Update - 9/3/2014
UPDATE .....
I emailed customer support and sent them my review. Sharon from "Jus By Julie" emailed me the next day and sent me her phone number and extension. I called her and spoke about my experience. She was friendly, understanding and apologetic.
We agreed that since I purchased the 3-day cleanse through Groupon, any refund would have to take place through Groupon.
Groupon emailed me today asking me for additional information and in less than 5 minutes I received a refund in "Groupon Bucks." As I use Groupon very often, this is just fine with me.
In one week, everything was solved and I couldn't be happier.
Preferred solution: Use ORGANIC fruits and veggies. Don't deliver west of the Mississippi. Too many people are getting SICK because of your product and YELP filters unsatisfactory remarks.
